Tiger Legal & Technical Disclaimer

This disclaimer sets the limits of Tiger's liability. Installing the app on an Android phone, Android TV, or Fire TV Stick means you accept the terms below, so they are worth a careful read before you depend on the service for a big match.

Intermediary status and non-endorsement

Tiger is an Information Location Tool and search directory. It does not own, produce, host, store, or rebroadcast any media files, live matches, films, or regional audio. Every locator, synopsis, poster, and audio option surfaced in the app is metadata gathered automatically from public online sources. Tiger holds no custodial oversight of, and no affiliation with, the external hosts behind those links, and indexing a link is no endorsement, sponsorship, or safety validation of its source. Fans reach all external material at their own discretion and remain responsible for complying with the law in their jurisdiction.

Platform scope and emulation

Tiger is designed, compiled, and maintained solely for the open Android operating system, with direct optimisation for Android phones, Android TVs, and Fire TV Stick. It is not built for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, or other non-Android hardware, and it is not a native Windows or macOS application. A fan who runs the Tiger APK on a desktop through a third-party Android emulator does so at their own risk, and Tiger disclaims all liability for hardware fluctuations, kernel panics, CPU throttling, memory conflicts, or driver incompatibilities arising from emulator use on non-Android machines.

Live sport and network congestion

Tiger provides fast indexing for live sport, but stream stability, bitrate, and synchronisation are governed entirely by external host servers and by your internet provider, not by Tiger. During marquee events, such as IPL fixtures, cricket tests, or championship finals, upstream hosts frequently meet severe traffic saturation. Tiger disclaims all liability for buffering, audio-video desynchronisation, packet loss, or sudden dropped connections stemming from congested third-party infrastructure or carrier-level throttling, and it makes no warranty that any live stream will remain uninterrupted.

Counterfeit APKs

The only authentic source of Tiger is our official website. Modified, cloned, and “cracked” copies travel through unofficial app stores, messaging channels, links beneath videos, and file-sharing services, and such builds may conceal spyware, ransomware, or code that records what you type, passwords and payment details included. Liability for any resulting harm rests with whoever produced and installed the copy. A build obtained from anywhere other than the official website should be removed at once, and the device given a full security scan before further use.

Regional metadata and transactions

While Tiger offers language filters across Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, the runtime availability of regional audio, dubbing, and synchronised subtitles depends entirely on the data provided by third-party hosts, and the directory is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of linguistic accuracy. Tiger is free to use and charges no fee for access to its index. It disclaims all express or implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted under Indian law, and nothing here or in the app is legal, financial, or professional advice.
